Comedian Bharti Singh and her husband, Haarsh Limbachiyaa, on Monday revealed that they are having a second child. The couple made the announcement on social media in an adorable post.
In the Instagram post, Haarsh hugs Bharti, who shows off her baby bump. The couple’s Instagram post had a scenic background, possibly from a recent vacation, and captured a candid moment between them.
From Wedding Bells to Parenthood
The news, announced with a smiling caption, was soon greeted with congratulations from friends, fans, and many popular faces of the entertainment world. A number of celebrities, such as Parineeti Chopra, Niti Taylor, and Parth Samthaan, sent best wishes to the couple. Bharti and Haarsh tied the knot in 2017 and became parents to their son Laksh, fondly known as Golla, in April 2022. The two have shared freely in their vlogs how much they have always wanted another child.
On the sets of ‘The Khatra Khatra Show’ earlier, when a media member asked whether Bharti would be having a daughter soon, she nodded in affirmation.

“Our Son Needs a Sister”: Bharti on Planning for a Second Child
Bharti had stated, “Now you have predicted. It should be two children, right? One like a driver and another one like your cook, is it? Seriously, I also feel the same. But there should be a gap of at least two years between children. We have a son. He has to have a sister. If we had a daughter, I’d say she should have a brother.”
The couple also keeps posting updates on their son, Laksh. During festivals like Janmashtami, Bharti posted pictures and videos of Laksh as Krishna, with captions like “thank you god for everything #krishnajanmashtami #love #golla @laksh_singhlimbachiya @haarshlimbachiyaa30 (sic).” On the work front, Bharti was last seen hosting Laughter Chefs—Unlimited Entertainment seasons 1 and 2.
