Congress leader Rahul Gandhi will be in Belagavi and Haveri today. Rahul Gandhi to interact with the Sugarcane farmers in Belagavi. He will also take part in ‘Yuva Samvad’ a youth meeting in Belagavi. Gandhi will then head to Haveri district’s Hangal and will hold a public rally.
