The Congress party’s Haryana State President, Chaudhary Udaybhan, initiated the ‘Talent Transformation Program’ in Chandigarh by launching an online website. This program aims to instigate transformational initiatives through talent. The party intends to engage individuals influenced by Congress ideologies into this program, creating a platform within the party for those impacted by its philosophy.The campaign will employ interviews and group discussions conducted by the Congress party at the state, district, block, and divisional levels through internet media and the media department.
Chaudhary Udaybhan mentioned that people can register via the online website. Youth aspiring to serve the party in various roles can join after the application process, followed by interviews. After selection, they will be assigned responsibilities at different levels.
He anticipated the announcement of district and state officials after the Congress concludes elections in five states post-December 3rd. Udaybhan claimed that Haryana’s Congress Talent Transformation Program would recruit speakers, social media activists, content writers, and more. He highlighted the platform’s inclusivity for individuals interested in politics but not actively participating.
While critiquing BJP’s organizational structure, he noted its apparent absence at the grassroots level, unlike the active involvement seen among Congress workers across various levels despite the absence of formal organizational positions at times. He asserted the forthcoming release of district and state officials’ lists, followed by appointments at the block, division, and sector levels after the district heads’ and state officials’ announcements.
