CM Gehlot slams PM Modi for alleged communal tactics

Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot on Tuesday accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of provoking people on the basis of caste and religion wherever he is addressing gatherings. Gehlot made this allegation during the Congress Guarantee Rally in Pratapgarh, Sirohi, Banswara, and Udaipur’s Kotra.
During the public meeting in Pratapgarh, Congress district president Bhanu Pratap Singh, Dhariyawad Assembly candidate Nagaraj Meena, ICC member Surendra Chandaliya, and other Congress officials were present on the stage. In Banswara, Gehlot addressed the public meeting in support of Congress candidate Mahendrajit Singh Malviya. Congress candidate Nanalal Ninama and Minister Mahendrajit Singh Malviya also addressed the gathering. Chief Minister had a one-day tour in Motaganv of Ghatol assembly constituency in Banswara district.
In Banswara, the Chief Minister said, “Our government has developed the state and this district in the last five years. He discussed the development work in the fields of education, healthcare, roads, water, and canals. Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot had a one-day tour in Motaganv of Ghatol assembly constituency in Banswara district. He also visited Udaipur on Tuesday. He addressed an election rally in the tribal area of Kotda.
Gehlot addressed the gathering in support of Congress candidates Mangilal Garasia from Gogunda and Hiralal Darangi from the Jhadol seat. Gehlot said, “The previous BJP government allocated a budget of 500 crores in 5 years for cows, while I have allocated 3,000 crores. These people allege that we do not give importance to cows. When cows were dying from the lumpy disease, we provided 40,000 rupees per livestock owner as assistance.”
