Experienced singer Udit Narayan is under severe online attack for kissing several female followers throughout a live show. When female followers swarmed the stage to have selfies with him, videos on social media show Narayan doing “Tip Tip Barsa Paani.&apg;. Narayan kissed her on the lips in reply to one follower who kissed him on the cheek.
With the audience applauding as more women queued for selfies, Narayan also kissed one fan on the lips and another on the cheek during the event. Though the precise date of the event is unknown, the videos have stirred criticism.

Online detractors have panned his deeds, some calling it “disgusting” and asking how a singer of his status can act this way. One reader wrote, “Tell me it is AI tell me it is!” What a nightmare. Beyond the limits of disgust,” one said; another remarked, “A singer of his caliber should be extremely aware of his actions in public; Udit Narayan, no doubt; I hope this is AI; if not… the entire legacy is utterly destroyed.”
Others have praised his behavior, saying the ladies came to him of their own will. One person stated, “Were they coerced? No, they willingly came up there to him,”, while another commented, “Women are arriving voluntarily.” Narayan has yet to answer the incident notwithstanding the criticism.
