While Suhana opted for a bright yellow ensemble, SRK went for the simple white shirt. Fans were excited to see the trio together and showered the comment section of the video with heart emojis.

Why Shah Rukh Left Mannat?

The renovation process at Mannat, as per a report in Hindustan Times, was originally set to start in May and comprises structural alterations like an extension. As Mannat is a Grade III heritage building, Shah Rukh needed to secure legal sanction first before making any such alteration.

In order to provide accommodation to the family during this time, Shah Rukh Khan’s production company, Red Chillies Entertainment, signed a leave and licence for four floors of the Puja Casa building in Pali Hill. The building is owned by film producer Vashu Bhagnani and co-owned by his children, actor Jackky Bhagnani and Deepshika Deshmukh.

New Space to House Family, Staff, and Office

A source disclosed, “It is obviously not as spacious as Mannat; there is sufficient room to fit his security and other staff.” The four rented floors are likely to accommodate the whole Khan family including kids Aryan, Suhana, and AbRam as well as personal security and office personnel. Shah Rukh will be reportedly shelling out Rs. 24 lakh a month as rent for the area.

The shift also includes significant planning for security and privacy. Shah Rukh’s team has taken great care to ensure the safety of the family in the new building. Although it is yet to be established if they will stay there for the entire period, sources reveal that the renovation of Mannat may take two years.
