BJP heavyweights, party national president JP Nadda, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh addressed a series of rallies in Rajasthan on Wednesday.
JP Nadda: Rajasthan has been eclipsed
BJP’s national president JP Nadda arrived in the Dantaramgarh constituency. There, while targeting the Congress, he appealed to make the candidate Gajanand Kumawat victorious. Nadda has said, “In the last 5 years, Rajasthan, the land of heroes, has been eclipsed. Wherever Congress goes, there are scams and corruption. At the same time, while besieging the Ashok Gehlot government of the state, he said that corruption of 450 crores had been done in the elderly pension. Gehlot’s brother stole subsidized fertilizer and exported it. Relatives of the Gehlot government took a contract worth 11 thousand crores. Gehlot government got 2.5 crores and one kilogram of gold in the Bhawan scheme. The Gehlot government is corrupt.”
Nadda, in his speech, surrounded the Gehlot government on issues such as corruption, atrocities against women, paper leaks, atrocities against Dalits, inflation, and rising prices of petrol-diesel.
Congress and Gandhi’s family are Rahu-Ketu of India: Amit Shah
On Wednesday, Union Home Minister Amit Shah launched an attack on the Congress party saying that the Congress party and the Gandhi family are “Rahu and Ketu of India.”
The Union Home Minister has been on the Rajasthan tour amid the upcoming assembly elections. While addressing a public rally in Pali, he said, “The people of Rajasthan have leaked the Gehlot-led-Rajasthan government’s paper. Congress is going on 3rd December and BJP is coming. Congress party and Gandhi family are Rahu and Ketu of India. All the troubles that have arisen in the future of India have happened only because of the Gandhi family and Congress.”
The Union Home Minister added, “Ever since you made Modi ji the Prime Minister by giving him twenty-five seats out of twenty-six and twenty-five. Modi ji promised to send the Indian tricolour to the moon with Chandrayaan. By hosting G 20, Narendra Modi did the work of raising the flag of India’s diplomacy in the sky. Narendra Modi government made a new parliament building and made Kartavya Path. PM Modi raised the Indian economy from 11th place in the world in 2014 to 5th largest economy of the world.”
Amit Shah further hit out at the Ashok Gehlot-led Rajasthan government and said that he had never seen a more corrupt government in his entire life. He said, “Rs 2.5 crore cash was found inside the secretariat. A good amount of gold was also recovered. I never witnessed such a corrupt government in my life. Once a BJP government is formed here which will have the vision of PM Modi, we will open an investigation, and all these corrupt people will be punished.”
Rajnath Singh: BJP will punish the ones who leak people and commit crimes against women
Central Defense Minister Rajnath Singh raised the issue of paper leakage, targeting the Gehlot government. Rajnath Singh accused the government of playing with the future of the youth. He said, “If the BJP government comes to power in Rajasthan, I want to see anyone who would leak papers. I assure you that if anyone dares to look at sisters and daughters, their fort will be destroyed.”
Rajnath Singh addressed a rally in support of BJP candidate Nanalal Ahari in Kherwada and BJP candidate Babulal Kharadi in Kotda of Jhadol constituency on Wednesday. At the same time, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh reached Shivganj in Sirohi in support of candidate Otararam Devasi. In a public meeting, Rajnath Singh said, “The situation in Rajasthan is so bad that a female legislator of the government considers herself unsafe. I want to ask how the common people of Rajasthan can be safe. Rajnath Singh said that after independence, corruption charges have always been levelled against the Congress government, especially after the tenure of Lal Bahadur Shastri.”
The Defense Minister said, “Since the Congress government was formed in Rajasthan, the leaders here have been busy saving this government. Development has not been carried out anywhere, and they have been entangled in fighting among themselves, Rajasthan has lagged in development.”
