In Jodhpur, a case was registered on November 27 at the Udyamandir police station regarding a land dispute involving BJP candidate Jyoti Mirdha and her sister from Nagaur. In this case, Jyoti Mirdha has been charged with cheating, producing fabricated documents, and other offences.
Complainant Anil Choudhary, Usha Poonia, and others filed the case with the police after obtaining court orders. This case is related to the land dispute of the Ideal Progressive Cooperative Society. Initially, Jyoti had filed a case against the society members, but she lost the case.
Following this, society members approached the police station to file an FIR in cases of cheating, defamation, and other charges. When the FIR was not registered, they approached the MM 6 court with a petition, leading to the court’s order on November 17 to register the FIR.
In response to the entire incident, former MP and current BJP candidate from Nagaur, Jyoti Mirdha, stated that the case is entirely fabricated. She is gathering information from the police about the case and mentioned that the land in question was in the name of her father and uncle. The partition of the land did not take place between the father and uncle. During this period, her uncle, Bhanuprakash, sold his share. After her father’s demise, the land was transferred to her mother’s name, and later, both sisters had their names added to the account. It is now alleged that the entire land was fraudulently shown as sold, and conversions were carried out to obtain leases. Jyoti stated that her father never sold the land, and the last mutation was in the names of the two sisters. She also mentioned that she would take further action based on the information gathered in this case.
