Bigg Boss 18 Set to Premiere on This Date, New Promo Features Host Salman Khan

Salman Khan returns as the host for Bigg Boss 18. In the first promo released last week, only his voice was heard introducing this season’s theme: “Time Ka Tandav” (the havoc of time). However, in the new promo shared on Sunday night, Salman visually takes viewers on a journey to explain the theme further.

What happens in the new promo?

The promo begins with Salman, dressed in a dark blue shirt and black suit, standing atop a ticking clock. He explains that while the Bigg Boss logo eye has always represented the present, this season it will delve into the past and future as well. Salman is then seen journeying through a time machine-like sequence, surrounded by imagery such as hourglasses, masks, and cameras. The promo concludes with Salman looking directly into the camera and repeating the season’s theme: “Time ka Tandav.”

Colors TV posted the promo on Instagram with the caption, “Iss baar ghar mein bhuchaal aayega, kyunki Bigg Boss mein Time Ka Taandav chaayega!” (An earthquake will strike the house this time, because the havoc of time will dominate Bigg Boss), along with hourglass and eye emojis. The promo also revealed that the new season will premiere on October 6 at 9 pm on both Colors TV and JioCinema.
