Actor Anushka Sharma was present in New York to support her husband, cricketer Virat Kohli, and Team India during the India vs Pakistan T20 World Cup match. Videos of her reactions, ranging from wincing after Virat’s exit to celebrating India’s victory, were displayed on the jumbotron.
However, another video has surfaced where Anushka appears to be in a less-than-ideal mood. Shot by a fan in the VIP stand, the video shows Anushka animatedly conversing with a man and appearing upset, directing the man’s attention to something behind them.

Fans speculated about Anushka’s mood, with some noticing her apparent displeasure and comparing her expression to her character Aarfa from the movie Sultan. A person commented, “Bhabi ji gusse me h (She is upset).” “She’s looking like her character Aarfa of Sultan Movie,” said another fan. “Aggressive h bhai Virat se bhi jadha. Camera accha hua time se hata liya (She’s more aggressive than Virat. Good you removed the camera on time),” commented a person on Instagram. Despite initial concerns, Anushka seemed unfazed by the incident. After the match, she happily posed for a group picture with Yuzvendra Chahal’s wife Dhanashree Verma and others.

Dhanashree shared the post-match group picture on her Instagram, captioning it “Hum Jeet gaye” (We won). Anushka, dressed in an oversized blue shirt over a white tee paired with blue denim, can be seen in the photo.
Anushka and Virat tied the knot in 2017 and are parents to daughter Vamika and son Akaay. Following Akaay’s birth last year, the family spent an extended period in London.
Anushka is now preparing for her highly anticipated biopic, Chakda Xpress, portraying the life of renowned cricketer Jhulan Goswami. This project marks her return to the silver screen after a four-year hiatus since her last appearance in Zero.
