Angelina Jolie has been busy flogging her new movie Maria during the fall festival run, which included taking time out of her schedule to attend the New York Film Festival. According to Page Six, the actress was snapped shaking hands and signing posters for fans. Shocking, she even signed a poster of her 2005 action movie *Mr. and Mrs. Smith*. Jolie filed her divorce case from Pitt in 2016. The case has continued for almost eight years in court.

In new pictures, Jolie “appeared stoic as she signed her name right next to her face on the poster.” She reportedly looked away from Pitt’s image and moved ahead. At the event, she was spotted in a chic black coat with nude heels and black aviator sunglasses.

The Pitt and Jolie divorce is not finalized as they split in 2016. They have six children together: Maddox (23 years old), Pax (20 years), Zahara (19 years), Shiloh (18 years), and twin siblings Knox and Vivienne (15 years). Four of the children have reportedly lost Pitt’s surname; this indicates that they are siding with Jolie on the recent legal battles.

 More About Maria

Best known for her work in Angelina Jolie, Maria tells the last days of late opera singer Maria Callas, Pablo Larraín directing it. There reads, “Set in Paris, September 1977, during the final week of her life, *Maria* follows the legendary soprano as she negotiates her public image and private self and reckons with the increasingly blurred boundaries between the venerated ‘La Divina’ and the vulnerable human being Maria.”

Maria received the world premiere at Venice Film Festival, which garnered an 8-minute ovation standing. The movie will hit select theaters on November 27, on Netflix December 11.
