Dr. Jitendra Singh, the Central Minister of State for Science and Technology (Independent Charge), reviewed the progress of Swachhata Special Campaign 3.0 in the third week. After this meeting, he said in a press conference that the cleanliness campaign inspired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi has created awareness about the concept of ‘wealth from waste.’ He advocated the power of Artificial Intelligence, robotics, and drones for swift handling of recyclable materials and separating them intelligently.
Central Minister Jitendra Singh said, “We have an Artificial Intelligence-operated module to segregate solid and liquid waste. Subsequently, our robots will pick it up, load it onto drones, and the drones will autonomously fly to the relevant destination.” He mentioned that benefits can be derived from every piece of waste.
