Telangana Hyderabad Police issues traffic advisory ahead of PM Modi's visit

Police have issued traffic advisory for many parts of Hyderabad in preparation of the Prime Minister’s visit. A list of locations or routes where traffic will be stopped or diverted was provided by the Traffic Police Commissioner on Thursday, in advance of Narendra Modi’s March 15–16 visit to Hyderabad. In line with an official announcement, PM Modi is scheduled to land at Begumpet airport on Friday, March 15, do a road show in Malkajgiri, and then head back to Raj Bhavan.

Places where traffic will be disrupted for a short time from 4:40 pm to 7:00 pm on Friday include Begumpet, PNT Junction, Rasoolpura, CTO, Plaza, St. John’s Rotary, Sangeetha X Roads, Alugadda Bavi, Mettuguda, Railway Hospitals are included.

Mettuguda Rotary, Mirzalaguda T Junction, Malkajgiri Arch, Lalapet, Tarnaka, Green Lands, Monappa Junction, Raj Bhavan MMTS Junction, VV Statue. Modi will return to Begumpet Airport between 10:40 am and 11:15 am on Saturday.

Due to this VIP movement in traffic, traffic will be affected at many places including VV Statue, Metro Residency Lane, MMTS Raj Bhavan, Panjagutta.Greenlands, HPS Out Gate, Begumpet Flyover, PNT Flyover. The traffic police urged people to keep the above information in mind and manage their activities accordingly.
