Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant concluded their opulent wedding celebrations on July 15 with a reception for Reliance employees, household staff, and media personnel in Mumbai. Despite earlier rumors suggesting that the Ambani family might head to London for additional celebrations, Nita Ambani and her daughter, Isha Ambani Piramal, were spotted in Mumbai two days after the wedding’s grand conclusion.
On July 17, Nita Ambani and Isha Ambani officially opened the Nita Mukesh Ambani Junior School – Early Years Campus in Mumbai. The mother-daughter pair was seen at the Vaastu Shanti Pooja marking the opening of the state-of-the-art facility.
For the event, Mrs. Ambani donned a red saree, while Isha Ambani wore a green suit.

The Nita Mukesh Ambani Junior School – Early Years Campus (NMAJS-EYC), located at the Jio World Centre in Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex, will start offering Nursery, LKG, and UKG classes in August 2024. The campus is modeled after the main Nita Mukesh Ambani Junior School in BKC.
Nita Ambani commented, “Nothing is more rewarding than the opportunity to shape the minds and lives of young children. We are thrilled that NMAJS-EYC is a proud addition to our dream to build high-quality educational institutions in Mumbai.”
As the Vice-Chairperson of the school, Isha Ambani spearheaded the new campus project. “I am excited with the launch of NMAJS-EYC, which carries the name of my beloved mother, for whom education is the foremost passion. Our commitment is to provide the best-in-class learning opportunities to children in a happy, vibrant, and caring setting where they will play, learn, and excel,” she said.
Anant Ambani, the younger son of Reliance Industries chairman Mukesh Ambani and his wife Nita Ambani, married Radhika Merchant on July 12. Their wedding festivities included three receptions in Mumbai before the couple traveled to Jamnagar.
