On the ‘Get Employed’ forum, the user revealed that he created an AI bot capable of “analyzing candidate data, reviewing job descriptions, generating personalized CVs and cover letters, answering specific recruiter questions, and applying for jobs automatically.”
“In just one month, this strategy helped me land about 50 interviews,” he shared.
The AI bot produced “customized CVs and cover letters, tailored to each specific job description.”
“This approach is very effective at passing automated screening systems. By creating CVs and cover letters specific to each job listing, my script greatly improves the chances of being noticed by both AI and human recruiters,” he explained.
Reflecting on the technological revolution, he noted, “While this method is highly efficient, it raises important questions about the nature of professional relationships. As we optimize the hiring process, we risk losing the human touch that often plays a critical role in work environments.”
