These international examples demonstrate the importance of proactive approaches to mental health in the workplace and the role of government regulation in supporting employers’ efforts.

Government regulation plays a vital role in ensuring that employers meet their legal obligations and provide a safe and healthy workplace for all employees. By implementing effective strategies and learning from international best practices, organizations can foster a culture of mental health and well-being that benefits both employees and employers alike.
