Amidst the ongoing farmers’ protest, a major development has emerged. According to information, before the meeting between the central government and farmers, the farmers have placed a condition. The farmers have demanded that the police action be stopped first, and only then will they participate in the meeting. It is worth mentioning that the farmer leaders have been invited by the central government for the meeting. It is being said that central ministers will come to Chandigarh to hold talks with the farmers.
It is noteworthy that before this, there have been two meetings between the central government and farmers regarding their demands, but no outcome was achieved. After this, farmers from Punjab and Haryana are attempting to enter Delhi with their demands. The “Delhi Chalo” march of the farmers has been stopped at the Shambhu border of Punjab and Haryana. To stop the farmers, tear gas shells are being fired by the police.
