In a comprehensive review session, CM Khattar evaluated the complaints and suggestions logged on the Jan Samvad portal, scrutinizing programs conducted statewide under the initiative.
Issuing stern directives, he urged officials to promptly address all grievances received via the portal, stressing the importance of timely resolutions. Khattar emphasized the gravity of resolving these issues promptly and acknowledged the Jan Samvad program as a pivotal platform to assess government schemes and gather feedback from citizens.
Furthermore, Khattar highlighted the government’s goal of ensuring easy access to information about governmental initiatives and ensuring that every deserving individual benefits from these schemes. Notable figures like Chief Principal Secretary Rajesh Khullar, Additional Chief Secretary of Revenue and Disaster Management Department, and several officials were in attendance during this meeting.
