He was just seen in the Hindi film, Article 370 and Telugu film, Razakar. Actor Raj Arjun will be seen as the main villain in Siddhant Chaturvedi’s Yudhra. The Bollywood actor has been getting a lot of bad guy roles but says that each one has a graph that he enjoys.

“The kind of roles I have been offered from the south industry have always been extraordinary and exclusive. They have some sort of complexity and despite being offered the role of main villain roles, these characters always had different emotions and layers to play with. As an actor, I find that there is a graph in those roles and they are true in their own way,” Raj Arjun told TDG.

The actor has done roles in south cinema also and continues to bag more. “Every time I do a film like Secret Superstar or Thalaivi, which allows me to get into the skin of the character, it always gives me immense pleasure, pain and enthusiasm as an actor and motivates me to keep doing something new and break my comfort zone. When you get into the psychology of the character, it leaves an impression or impact on you. Even playing Kasim Razvi in the Telugu film Razakar did this to me. I believe this is one of my best performances after Secret Star and Thalaivi. Kasim Razvi’s personality has similarities to Hitler and Saddam Hussein. A barbarian without any emotions,” explains the Thalaivi actor.

As for what kind of roles he wants to play in the future, he says, “I honestly don’t have a particular role in mind that I want to do. I strive to perform roles that challenge, excite, and allow me to completely embody the character. Something real, authentic, sensible, and seen in everyday life so that the audience will understand and relate to it. It could be a commercial or a serious film; the role that will fulfil me as an actor is something I look for.”
