Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Jammu & Kashmir held a comprehensive joint meeting of all its Morchas at Eden Garden, Akhnoor Road, Jammu, signaling a unified effort to strengthen the party’s organizational structure and outreach strategies.
The day-long meeting witnessed the participation of key BJP leaders, including J&K BJP President Ravinder Raina, Seh-Prabhari J&K Ashish Sood, General Secretary (Org.) Ashok Koul, MP Lok Sabha Jugal Kishore Sharma, and General Secretary Adv. Vibodh Gupta. Other notable figures present on the stage included J&K BJP Vice-President Anuradha Charak, BJP General Secretary Dr. Devinder Kumar Manyal, and leaders from various Morchas.
Addressing the gathering, Ravinder Raina emphasized the BJP’s commitment to addressing the needs of various communities, highlighting the disillusionment with family-centric politics in the region. Raina expressed confidence that with growing public support, the BJP will dominate the upcoming Lok Sabha Polls in J&K. He lauded the efforts of Morcha leaders and activists for spreading the party’s ideology to the remotest corners of the state.
Ashish Sood underscored the importance of the joint meeting of all Morchas, emphasizing their collective role in implementing party policies and welfare schemes in specific communities. He called for unity among Morchas to strengthen the organizational structure of the party.
Ashok Koul focused on the specific role of Morchas in expanding the party’s base by reaching out to their respective segments of society. He informed about upcoming Morcha programs and announced the forthcoming ‘Rashtriya Maha-Adhiveshan,’ in which Morcha activists from Jammu & Kashmir will participate in large numbers.
Jugal Kishore Sharma highlighted the crucial role of ground-level party activists, especially Morcha activists, in growing the party. He urged Morcha activists to ensure that specific communities benefit from the welfare schemes initiated by the Modi government.
Vibodh Gupta discussed the dedicated role played by Morcha cadre, emphasizing their contribution to taking the party’s programs and policies into their respective societies.
All Morcha Presidents presented detailed reports on ongoing party programs and shared plans for reaching specific segments of society before the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
The meeting was expertly managed by BJP senior leader & BJYM Prabhari Munish Sharma, who conducted the stage proceedings, and Ajay Vaid presented the note of thanks at the end of the event. The collective efforts of the Morchas and the main party cadre aim to fortify the BJP’s position in J&K and secure success in the upcoming polls.
