The West Bengal Council of Higher Education, WBCHSE, announced the WB 12th result 2024 on May 8, 2024. This year, more than 7.55 lakh students appeared for the Class 12 exam, with 6,79,784 students passing, resulting in an overall pass percentage of 90 percent. East Medinipur emerged as the top-performing district. Avik Das from Alipurduar secured the top position in the Class 12 final exam with a score of 496, equivalent to 99.2 percent marks.
Students eagerly awaited the announcement of the WBCHSE Uchha Madhyamik Result 2024. The results were declared via a press conference at 1 pm, and students could access them from 3 pm onwards. The WB 12th examinations were held from February 16 to February 29, 2024, with over 8 lakh students appearing.
To check their results, students need their WB board 12th roll code and roll number, which they can find on the board’s official website at wbresults.nic.in. To pass the WB board class 12th exams, students must score at least 30% marks in both the written and practical exams individually, amounting to a minimum of 30 marks out of 100 per subject.
