U.S. Issues 'Do Not Travel' Warning for 21 Countries: Full List Revealed

As summer vacation approaches, the US has issued a ‘Do Not Travel’ warning for 21 countries, including Russia, Ukraine, Iran, and Iraq

The US State Department divides travel advisories into four levels: Normal Precautions, Increased Caution, Reconsider Travel, and Do Not Travel

Level 1 advises normal precautions for safe destinations like Japan, Bermuda, and the Cayman Islands 

Level 2 urges increased caution in countries like Saudi Arabia, China, and Spain due to risks like crime and civil unrest

Level 3 warns travelers to reconsider visiting 23 countries, including Chad, Niger, Egypt, Jamaica, and Colombia, due to serious risks 

Level 4, the most severe warning, lists 21 countries such as Afghanistan, Russia, Iran, and Venezuela, citing extreme dangers like conflicts and crime  

Mexican states like Sinaloa, Zacatecas, and Tamaulipas are also flagged under the ‘Do Not Travel’ advisory due to crime and kidnapping risks
