IPL 2025 Jerseys Worth ₹6.5 Lakh Stolen

A shocking theft has rocked Indian cricket. 261 IPL 2025 jerseys were reportedly stolen from the BCCI office at Wankhede Stadium

The thief was none other than a 40-year-old security guard, Farooque Aslam Khan, who had access to the premises

According to Mumbai Police, Khan committed the crime to fund his online gambling addiction

The stolen items included jerseys from multiple IPL franchises—worth around ₹2,500 each

A total of 261 jerseys were stolen, adding up to a massive value of ₹6.5 lakh

Khan contacted an online dealer from Haryana via social media and sold the stolen jerseys
