Rajeev Chandrasekhar Challenges Elon Musk's EVM Critique, Proposes Tutorial on Building

In the wake of voting irregularities in Puerto Rico’s primary elections, lawmaker Robert F. Kennedy Jr has stressed the need for paper ballots to ensure vote integrity and prevent hacking.

Elon Musk responded to Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s tweet by criticizing EVMs, stating that while the risk of hacking EVMs is small, it remains unacceptably high.

Rajeev Chandrashekhar retweeted, calling Elon Musk's statement a "huge sweeping generalization," and expressed that he would be happy to run a tutorial

Chandrashekhar emphasized Indian EVMs are specially crafted to be secure and operate independently, devoid of any connectivity such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or internet access.

EVMs are to be used in The upcoming 2024 United States presidential election, slated for November 5, 2024, which will feature a face-off between Donald Trump and Joe Biden

This year, 49% of the world's entire population is expected to participate in voting.
