Maharashtra to Make Hindi Compulsory from Class 1 Under NEP

Maharashtra will make Hindi a mandatory third language subject from Class 1 under The New Education Policy 2020

Students of Marathi and English medium schools will now study their medium language, English, and Hindi from Class 1 to 5
