At least nine people were killed and nearly 3,000 wounded in Lebanon after thousands of wireless devices used by Hezbollah members exploded on Tuesday.

 Israel's Mossad spy agency planted explosives inside 5,000 Taiwan-made pagers Sources said.

Hezbollah has blamed Israel for pager explosions and pledged retribution.

The blasts, which occurred simultaneously in several Hezbollah strongholds, were described as an "Israeli breach" of the militant group's communications.

 Taiwanese company has come out with a clarification Gold Apollo founder Hsu Ching Kuang said that the products did not belong to the company, only its name was used in its making.

The incident has sparked global outrage, and many experts have stated concerns about the dangerous health effects that the pagers can cause.

Some of the deadly aftermaths of pagers explosions are Cancer, Neurological Effects, Reproductive Problems, Cardiovascular Disease and so on. 

Lebanese Health Minister Firass Abiad said, the injuries were mostly on the face, hands and stomach.

Social media is rife with videos that caught the explosions, their aftermath, and chaos in Lebanese hospitals.
