Post 31 August 2020, India’s armed forces have effectively gone on offensive in territories which China was encroaching on for the last 50 years. The Chinese philosophy to arm Pakistan to hurt India, infiltrate Indian media and peddle false propaganda of their economic invincibility has been crushed by India.
India not only did a military action but also blocked more than 250 Chinese apps that were being used to gather intelligence in India. The Dragon also tried to push its nefarious agenda through India’s political parties. The Chinese Communist Party has been fooling the world by falsely claiming the invincibility of its military arms. They have been hiding the extent of coronavirus impact on their economy and they have also hidden the real story behind the Wuhan virus spread from their labs.
India’s armed forces have stationed themselves on major strategic heights in eastern Ladakh. This gives us a military advantage against. Chinese consulates have been used for espionage against the US. Recently, the US banned all meetings of Chinese diplomats in America without the presence of US officials.
Russia has still been openly supporting China at least in the UN. Russia has been completely dependent on China for the last 7 years. In fact, that is how Chinese have blackmailed Russia all these years. Just like the Soviet campaign, the CCP has been feeding its own people with all fake stories of imagined superiority, racial, economic and military. Many parts of China today are tired of CCP rule. So-called wealth of China is parked in the US and other Western banks. Chinese loans are also parked in banks of foreign nations to whom they have loaned. Due to Covid-19, most of that loaned money has serviceability issues today. Chinese banking system will collapse under the weight of non-performing assets. Chinese education system has created an unrealistic mindset in their citizens. They have been taught that they are the best race on the planet and the opinion of the rest of the world doesn’t matter. That’s why most Chinese appear to be surprised when the rest of the world don’t agree with their government’s actions. Most Chinese have been taught to believe that their expansionist policies are their birthright. When India, Taiwan, Vietnam, the Philippines and many other countries having rights in the South China Sea oppose the maps published by China, most Chinese appear surprised.
Regarding Chinese economic might, Chinese economy’s real figures are never known to their own citizens. Communists have always been known for fake propaganda as the world has seen with the erstwhile Soviet Union, Venezuela, etc. Just last week, Chinese claimed to have the world’s largest navy. The US leadership has fully backed India’s action on the Line of Actual Control (LAC) and the IndoPacific region. American B-52 bombers are ready on British Islands in the Indian Ocean for any eventualities. All that is needed is a strong Indian political willpower to show the Dragon its true face.
India is working closely with Quad’s other nations such as Australia, Japan and the US to keep the Dragon under check. Being reactive to China doesn’t work which India’s armed forces have shown.
