What began as a routine kitchen chore turned into a frightening ordeal for one woman when she discovered a live scorpion inside a capsicum she was preparing to cook. The shocking moment was captured on video and shared on the Instagram page ‘Abhi Cuisine’ in May, and has since gone viral.

In the clip, the woman narrates how the scorpion appeared as she sliced open the capsicum. “Dekhiye kya dikh gaya… bichhoo, yaani ki scorpion,” she says, pointing to the insect lying between the sliced vegetable pieces with her knife, clearly stunned by the sight.

At first glance, the scorpion appeared motionless. But when she gently nudged it, it began to move, confirming it was alive. She issued a strong warning in the video: “Yeh kaafi poisonous aur dangerous hota hai (This is very poisonous and dangerous).”

“Bahut Hi Scary Experience Tha”

Reflecting on the incident, she admitted that although it’s common to find worms in produce, this was entirely different. “Bahut hi unexpected tha,” she said. “Fruits, vegetables mein worms nikalna aam baat hai. Maybe iske neeche wale portion mein koi hole ya crack tha jisse yeh enter kar gaya. Par bahut hi scary experience tha.”
