Watch: Mumbai Woman’s Scarf Snags On Bike Handle, Narrowly Escapes Danger

A terrifying incident occurred when a woman in Mumbai found herself in a dangerous situation as her scarf became entangled in her bike’s handle. Sunita Manohar More, who frequently commutes by bike, shared a video on Instagram capturing the scary moment. In the reel, she is seen riding her bike with a scarf over her face and wearing a helmet. As the wind blew, her scarf got caught in the bike, pulling her down towards the vehicle. She quickly applied the brake, and the pillion rider dismounted. With the assistance of nearby locals, they managed to free her from the risky situation, resulting in a minor neck injury.

In her caption, More wrote, “I was riding peacefully on my bike when suddenly my dupatta got caught in the chain, causing a minor neck injury. I’m so grateful to the kind people who helped me right away. A word of caution: avoid wearing a dupatta while riding, whether you’re the rider or the pillion. Please stay safe… I was lucky this time.”
