Virat Kohli Spotted Strolling Through London Streets After Sri Lanka ODIs: Watch

Virat Kohli, India’s cricket star, was recently spotted in a rare public appearance in London. A short video clip shows Kohli crossing a street in the city, seemingly by himself. He had returned to London after participating in India’s ODI series against Sri Lanka, where he made his comeback to the format.

Previously, Kohli had also visited London after India’s T20 World Cup victory. After attending celebrations in India, he flew to London, where he was seen with his wife, Anushka Sharma, and their newborn baby, Akaay. During that trip, Kohli and Anushka attended a kirtan at Union Chapel, with Anushka sharing pictures on Instagram. The couple welcomed their second child, Akaay, on February 15 in London. Kohli had taken a break from cricket during that period, opting out of the Test series against England.

As for his recent performances, Kohli struggled in the ODI series against Sri Lanka, unable to convert his starts on the challenging Colombo pitches. He did not score more than 30 runs across the three matches, as India lost the series 0-2.

There were rumors that Kohli might participate in the Duleep Trophy, a domestic cricket tournament in India. However, it was later confirmed that he would skip the event, while other Test cricketers like KL Rahul, Rishabh Pant, and Shreyas Iyer will be taking part in the four-team tournament.
