Since 2022, there has been a fourfold increase in the number of parents and guardians fined for their children’s involvement in wheelies. In 2022, 22 parents faced court penalties, a number that surged to 71 in 2023. In the first seven months of 2024 alone, 74 individuals have already been fined, indicating a growing trend of legal action against reckless riding.
