A shocking video circulating on social media has surfaced, depicting a 16-year-old boy allegedly being stripped naked and savagely beaten, Gautam Nagar police reported on Friday. Authorities have launched an investigation into the disturbing incident, believed to be the result of a long-standing feud.
Victim Lured and Taken to Isolated Location
According to Hanumanganj ACP Rakesh Baghel, the distressing video shows a group of men brutally assaulting the teenage resident of Sharda Nagar. The incident reportedly occurred on March 22 when the victim was lured by his friends to a cafe in the vicinity of Chetak Bridge. From there, he was forcibly abducted by Arbaaz, Shanu, Altaaf, and five other individuals and taken to a secluded area near the Hathai Kheda dam.

Stripped and Tortured, Attackers Record Ordeal
The ACP further stated that the boy was stripped naked and then subjected to a brutal assault involving belts and shoes. Adding to the horror, the accused also filmed the entire ordeal as they attacked the defenseless teenager.
Zero FIR Filed, Case Transferred
On Friday, a zero FIR was registered against the eight identified accused, including Arbaaz Sheikh and Shanu Kokta. The case has since been transferred to the MP Nagar police station for further investigation.
Revenge Motive Suspected
ACP Baghel revealed that some of the individuals involved in the assault have a prior criminal history, having been previously incarcerated in separate cases. Preliminary investigations suggest that this heinous attack was motivated by revenge. “It is said that this attack is the result of an old rivalry. Some time ago, some people had beaten up Shanu Kokta outside the jail. This attack was carried out on this minor youth with the intention of taking revenge for that incident,” ACP Baghel explained.
Authorities are actively pursuing the remaining suspects and further details are expected as the investigation progresses. The viral video has sparked outrage on social media, with many demanding swift and strict action against the perpetrators of this brutal crime.
