As the monsoon season causes widespread issues like potholes and waterlogged roads, a chilling video shared by Instagram user Sally Nolan highlights a dramatic side of the rainy season. Captured during heavy rains, the video shows lightning striking a palm tree, causing it to burst into flames. Nolan, initially enjoying the storm from her window, is startled by the lightning strike and steps back.
In her post, Nolan captioned the video, “All about the timing! I wasn’t expecting this. Quietly filming the storm from my bedroom window.” The clip, posted a few days ago, has since gone viral, amassing over 16 million views along with numerous likes and comments.
