Recently, after completing his training, he was pursued by a mob of fans and found himself fleeing in his blue Lamborghini to escape the pincer movement. There is an Internet video of this hilarious escape.

Having spotted a group of fans, he stopped and waved at them. Someone pointed out a girl who was celebrating her birthday, to which Rohit obliged by shaking hands with her and wishing her a “happy birthday” overjoyed by her.

Currently, Rohit is enjoying a break following a successful home Test series against Bangladesh, which India won 2-0. He is now looking forward to focusing on the upcoming three-match Test series against New Zealand, to be starting from October 16 at M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru.
