Radhika Merchant Dubs Nita Ambani ‘CEO Of Wedding’, Reveals How Isha & Shloka Assisted In Planning

While we all saw, the grand wedding of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant, it really seemed like a fairytale, but the minute details that go into planning such events, dresses and more would have required countless people, with Nita Ambani at the forefront. Recently, Radhika Merchant told Vogue how her mother-in-law was the ‘CEO of the wedding’ and radhika expressed how much she looks up to her.

What did Radhika Merchant say about Nita Ambani?

“My mother-in-law was the CEO of the wedding, as I like to say. It was Nita’s commitment and vision that brought our entire celebration to life,” Radhika tells Vogue. She said further that Isha Ambani and Shloka Mehta had been integral to the top management. The family relied on its internal staff and a powerhouse of event planning teams in delivering such intricate preparation for the multi-week celebration with tireless efforts.

Radhika also said that the wedding weekend dates were thoughtfully picked. “The dates were strategically chosen from the 12th, 13th, and 14th of July by our family pujari, who found synchronic moments for our celebrations based on auspicious astrological times in both my charts as well as Anant’s. It was a meticulous process,” she said.
