Noel Tata: The Next In Line After Ratan Tata’s Passing?

Ratan Tata, the chairman emeritus of Tata Sons and a towering figure in Indian industry, passed away at the age of 86 at Mumbai’s Breach Candy Hospital on Wednesday night, October 9. He was admitted earlier in the week for routine check-ups but was later shifted to the ICU due to worsening health. Prime Minister Narendra Modi extended his condolences to Noel Tata, Ratan Tata’s half-brother, while Union Home Minister Amit Shah will attend Tata’s last rites on behalf of the Government of India.
