According to reports, the man—who has a severe gambling addiction—lost his wife in a bet while gambling. When he returned home, he demanded money from her. Upon her refusal, he brutally beat her, inflicting serious injuries, including in sensitive areas. The victim later approached the police and lodged a complaint against her husband.
Victim Seeks Justice
The shocking incident took place in the Gulganj police station area. The injured woman went to the SP office, pleading for justice. She stated that her husband frequently engages in gambling, often losing household valuables.
