On Friday, a monkey entered the Parliament premises. According to a video , the monkey sat atop a chair in a lobby designated for MPs. The said incident happened on Friday afternoon during the discussion on the Union Budget in Parliament.
This is not the first time that monkeys have been straying into the Parliament’s campus. Last year, ahead of the G20 Summit, life-size cutouts of grey langur monkeys were installed by the NDMC to scare smaller monkeys from entering the area.
