Anchor Criticized Over Cold Reaction
As outrage over Kinsey mounted, audiences also criticized anchor Jonathan Hunt’s response to the affair. Most believed he should have reacted with greater speed.
One outraged viewer said, “Hey Jonathan Hunt when somebody faints and bangs their head on the floor you assist her. You don’t simply continue with the show. Cold.” Another complained about his failure to act: “What type of individual or man sits idly by while a visitor takes a header off their stool and does nothing at all? And then proceeds to ask questions? Where is his humanity? That was horrible to watch.”
A third commenter, although not a fan of Kinsey, still expressed concern over the host’s reaction: “I don’t care for Camryn Kinsey but I hope she’s alright. More to the point, why wasn’t Jonathan Hunt’s initial response to go check on her, instead of continuing the segment?”
