In a jaw-dropping incident in Pattaya, Thailand, a Chinese couple was arrested after being caught having sex on a public street in broad daylight. Sixty-seven-year-old Oh Zhihang and his partner, 35-year-old Lin Tingting, were spotted near Walking Street setting up a tripod to film themselves before engaging in the act on the pavement.
The bizarre scene unfolded on a Wednesday afternoon and stunned onlookers. A security guard near the entrance of Walking Street witnessed the event and immediately informed the police. Before the couple could disappear, the guard snapped a photo and handed it over to authorities, enabling the police to identify and track down the duo.
‘I’m a Photographer,’ Says Accused
According to reports by The New York Post and The Bangkok Post, the couple was taken to Pattaya City Police Station for interrogation. Zhihang defended his actions by saying, “I’m a photographer who likes to travel around the world to take nude photos in various locations. I have visited many countries where I have done the same thing.”
The couple has since apologized for their behavior, but authorities have made it clear that their actions won’t be taken lightly.
Possible Jail Term for Online Content
Police Colonel Songwut Chueplakij confirmed that the couple would be fined for public indecency. If they uploaded the video online, they could face a jail term of up to 10 years under Thailand’s strict laws on pornography and public morality.
