Bulldozer Joyride: Foreign Tourists Experience Unforgettable Rescue Amid Gujarat Floods – WATCH

A group of foreigners were taken on a bulldozer ride in Vadodara as Gujarat faced a flood-like situation due to heavy rainfall. The video of this unusual mode of transportation went viral and was widely circulated on social media. Several districts in Gujarat experienced severe flooding, with Vadodara being the worst affected. The video showed the bulldozer carrying the group of foreigners on a flooded road in Vadodara.

In the video, local residents could be seen standing on the side of the road, in front of the shops that lined the street, watching the bulldozer drive by. The foreigners, wearing backpacks and holding onto the ripper’s edge for support, were being transported through the flooded streets.

The heavy rainfall led to an acute flood situation in several districts of Gujarat, with Vadodara being the hardest hit. Some areas of the city were submerged under 10 to 12 feet of water. People stranded in their houses and on rooftops in Vadodara were rescued and relocated to safer places by teams of the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF), the State Disaster Response Force (SDRF), and three columns of the Army, which were deployed to conduct rescue operations in the affected regions.

The deep depression over Gujarat that brought days of heavy rain and thundershowers intensified into a cyclone, named Cyclone Asna, off the coast of Kachchh and the adjoining areas of Pakistan, according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD).

According to PTI, over 18,000 people have been relocated, and 1,200 were rescued from various flood-affected areas. The floods have claimed around 26 lives as of Friday. The Indian Air Force and other disaster management agencies continue their rescue and relief operations, with the Army using helicopters to rescue people and evacuate them to safer locations.
