Actor Varun Dhawan, set to star in the action entertainer ‘Baby John,’ recently shared on social media the intense effort the team is putting into the shoot. Posting glimpses of his look on Instagram, Varun described it as one of the toughest shoots of his career.
“Filming relentlessly till the sun didn’t rise and then also our unit kept going. One of the hardest shoots I’ve been on,” he captioned the post.
Fans flooded the comments section with excitement. “Can’t wait can’t wait!!!” wrote one fan, while another eagerly requested, “Can’t wait for the teaser release it asap.”
The film, directed by A. Kaleeswaran and presented by Atlee in association with Jio Studios and Cine1 Studios, features Keerthy Suresh, Wamiqa Gabbi, Jackie Shroff, and Rajpal Yadav. The intriguing teaser received a massive response from fans.
‘Baby John’ is scheduled to hit theaters on May 31, 2024, and is produced by Murad Khetani, Priya Atlee, and Jyoti Deshpande.
In addition to ‘Baby John,’ Varun will also be seen in the Indian adaptation of the Hollywood series ‘Citadel,’ opposite Samantha Ruth Prabhu. Created by Raj and DK, the Indian version of Citadel, originally headlined by Priyanka Chopra and Richard Madden, is eagerly anticipated, although its release date is yet to be announced.
