Animal rescue teams in Las Vegas are checking reports of pigeons donning glued-on Santa hats. The bizarre sightings began when a person filmed a pigeon sporting the holiday adornment in the parking lot of the Las Vegas Convention Center. The stunned witness posted the video, and it went viral because of the bizarre image.

This new incident follows a similar occurrence nearly five years ago when pigeons were found sporting miniature cowboy hats in the very same city. Now, it appears someone is donning the birds with mini Santa hats as a nod to the festive season.
Animal welfare officials are investigating the incident to find out who is responsible and whether it could endanger the pigeons. The authorities are conducting further investigations and are calling on the public to inform them of any further sightings or relevant information.
