New York women, in pursuit of natural beauty without surgery, increasingly opt for non-invasive breast enhancement treatments. One popular choice is the “vampire” breast lift that uses platelet-rich plasma therapy. The Cleavage Clinic in Midtown has been drawing attention for its provision of such a treatment and other options such as Sculptra and Morpheus8 to women looking for alternatives to implants.

Kelsey Soles, a 29-year-old lifestyle influencer, has just received PRP therapy to enhance her bust. “I used the plasma in my body to make my boobs bigger,” Soles said, whom she’s been waiting for to rock 2025 as “the year of big, natural t—ts”. She will have the first session on 30 January and should be able to reach a full C cup size after three treatments.

Noelle Villella, one of the clinic’s founders, said PRP, previously used for hair restoration and to heal injuries, is now injected into breast tissue. “Plasma is very rich in growth factors,” Villella said. “Once it’s injected, it creates new collagen, enhancing the quality of the skin, and the outcome is natural looking.

The procedure, which costs around $3,800 or approximately ₹3,30,950, involves taking plasma out from the blood of the patient, processing it into a gel-like substance, and ensuring the safe injection of this substance via the cannula into the breast. Results normally last up to three years.

Danielle, 29, of SoHo, opted for PRP because it was safer than implants. “I’d considered surgery, but I wanted something natural with little to no health risks,” she said, calling the treatment an “instant boob job.” She’s looking forward to flaunting her new B-cups during a summer vacation in Greece.

Other treatments, such as Morpheus8 micro-needling, are also popular for tightening skin and removing scars. For instance, 24-year-old lifestyle influencer Isabella Attianese had the FDA-approved procedure to lift her breasts, while beauty influencer Olivia Caputo, 28, used it to remove scarring from a previous augmentation.

For some, a product like Sculptra, which stimulates collagen through injectables, has brought amazing results. Lurene Gunmia of New Jersey, a mother of three, paid $6,000 for Sculptra to augment her bust from 32AA to 32B. “It feels good to do something just for me,” she said. “It’s a confidence booster.”

With more women seeking natural, non-surgical alternatives, Villella emphasized the clinic’s focus on safety and customer satisfaction. “We’re in a world where people want natural results without putting unnatural things in their bodies,” she explained, noting that their treatments are also more affordable than traditional breast surgeries.
