Two women filed civil lawsuits against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, claiming he assaulted them at the Trump Hotel in New York City. The plaintiffs, who are being referred to as Jane Does, filed their complaints in the New York Supreme Court on February 4.

The lawsuits detail alleged incidents at the Limelight nightclub in Manhattan during the 1990s, followed by further occurrences at the Trump Hotel. According to court documents, one plaintiff in the first lawsuit claims she was assaulted multiple times, including at an event hosted by Combs at Limelight.

Combs organized the event, that ran over five floors of the club, the top two floors were for the private sex parties that included group sexual activities which were directed and participated in by Combs,” she alleged.

She also added that, when she tried to leave, she and her friends were taken to the Trump Hotel penthouse, where “without the ability to leave, were drugged, and forced to participate in a group-sex activity during which she was sexually assaulted over the next several hours.

According to the second case, the plaintiff described another night at Limelight in the 1990s, stating: “the top two floors of the club were exclusively occupied by group-sex parties, where individuals engaged in sexual activities at the direction of and in participation with Combs,” the filing says.

The plaintiff in the second case alleges she had an altercation with Combs’ security guard before the rapper allegedly slapped and detained her, leaving her in fear for her safety.

“The security guard took Plaintiff and her friend to the Trump Hotel in midtown Manhattan. When they got to the hotel, the women were taken up to a penthouse.”

“At the penthouse, Plaintiff was placed in a room with the security guard, who physically and sexually assaulted her while Combs watched. Plaintiff and her friend were then forced to ingest what she believes to have been ecstasy or a similar ‘party’ drug,” the lawsuit states.

Moreover, both women were forced to engage in group sexual acts without their consent because Combs explicitly informed them they had no choice and could not leave. Later, after having spent several more hours in the penthouse, Combs permitted Plaintiff and her friend to leave.

Combs’ legal team has denied the claims filed against him, stating he never committed the alleged acts. “Mr. Combs and his legal team have complete faith in the facts and the integrity of the judicial system. In court, truth wins: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked any person, man or woman, adult or minor.
