Guy Edward Bartkus was named the Palm Springs car bomb suspect, who succumbed outside a fertility clinic, KCAL News and the New York Post wrote, referring to sources. Social media users now have unearthed Bartkus’ information only to state that the 25-year-old had Democrat affiliations and also created a promortalism website.
Details of the Bombing Incident
The Saturday bombing occurred outside the American Reproductive Center in Palm Springs at about 11 AM local time. One was killed at the scene and some others were injured. Bartkus purportedly posted on his website that he was a ‘pro-mortalist’. An individual who ‘plans to cause their own demise as quickly as possible. In order to spare your future agony. And more so, the agony your life will inflict on all the other feeling creatures’.
Suspect’s Recorded Statement and Ideological Views
Police have not yet verified these facts. The suspect also left an audio recording of 30 minutes. “I thought I’d just make a recording about why I’ve decided to bomb an IVF building, or clinic. Essentially, it just boils down to I’m angry that I exist and that, you know, nobody got my consent to bring me here,” he spoke in the recording. He mentioned that he was ‘angry’ regarding IVF clinics.

Social Media Reactions and Political Allegations
After the revelations were made, several social media users claimed that he was a registered Democrat.
“BOMBING: The bomber of the Palm Springs fertility clinic was a Democrat named Guy Edward Bartkus, a member of a anti-natalist cult who believes that it’s wrong to have more children. He’s also an abolitionist vegan and an atheist who prefers satan,” one person wrote on X, platform formerly known as Twitter.
“Democrat Rhetoric Fuels Demonic Attacks: The IVF Clinic Bombing Exposes the Left’s Dangerous Hatred,” another one added.
