A social media influencer based in Florida has been arrested for reportedly having sex with her pet chihuahua and posting the videos on Instagram.
Logan Guminski, 27, of Ocala in Marion County, calls herself a ‘dog mom’ and has approximately 15,000 followers on Instagram. She was arrested on March 21 and charged with two felonies: having sex with an animal and videotaping such acts. The Marion County Sheriff’s Office posted about her arrest on Facebook, including a photo of her handcuffed in pink sweatpants and a grey hoodie.

How Authorities Discovered the Case
An anonymous tip in January led authorities to investigate disturbing content posted on Guminski’s Instagram. Detective Batts spearheaded the case, uncovering multiple incriminating videos and images. During questioning, Guminski admitted to creating and selling a video to another social media user for $500. She also confessed to engaging in similar acts with another dog, with the footage still stored on her phone.
Her Instagram, which she keeps active, contains a few posts expressing love for her animals. In one, she utilized a feature that allowed her to show ‘what your man looks like’, comically putting an image of a dog over her head. She captioned the post, “What can I say… they are quite literally my whole world.” The post, made on March 13, was published a little over a week prior to her arrest.
Two days prior to her arrest, on March 19, she welcomed a new dog among her followers, saying, “Introducing the newest member of the family. Guys say hi to Juniper, AKA Junebug.”
Guminski was released on $10,000 bond on March 22 and is scheduled to appear in court for an arraignment hearing on April 22.
