Dubai Forum Explores Gender Balance In Future Transport Trends

The Global Women’s Forum Dubai (GWFD), hosted by Dubai Women Establishment, brought together experts and leaders to discuss how future transport trends can support gender balance. Held under the patronage of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the forum focuses on enhancing women’s participation in diverse fields, including transportation.

Key Highlights from the Session

  1. Inclusivity in Transportation:
    Abdul Mohsen Ibrahim Kalbat, CEO of the Rail Agency at RTA, led a discussion on the transformative role of innovation and technology in promoting inclusivity in transportation.
  2. Gender Balance Initiatives:
    Speakers explored strategies to foster gender balance in the transport sector, emphasizing the importance of women’s contributions to decision-making and leadership roles.
