Did Trump Wear a Foley Catheter? Trouser Outline Fuels Online Health Theories

The recent public appearances of US President Donald Trump at the White House and a UFC event in New Jersey have sparked renewed speculation about his health, particularly theories suggesting he might be using a Foley catheter.

Photos and videos from these events—one at the White House Rose Garden where Donald Trump inspected a construction project, and another at the UFC event where he posed with champion Kayla Harrison—show what appears to be a tube-like outline running down his left pant leg. Social media users were quick to point it out.

“Trump is absolutely wearing a Foley catheter… It’s a tube inserted into the bladder to drain urine into a bag strapped to the leg,” one user posted on X (formerly Twitter), attaching a close-up image of Trump’s leg.

Another user, @Suzierizzo1, added, “It definitely looks like Trump is wearing a Catheter most likely a Foley!”

While some X users backed the theory with alleged visual evidence, others dismissed it as mere wrinkles in his pants. “Wrinkles in his pants? Drrrr,” one person commented. Another posted, “Wrinkles in the suit? Who tf cares?”

As of now, neither Trump nor his representatives have addressed the circulating rumors. No official medical evidence supports the claims.

Trump’s Health Records Say Otherwise

In April, Trump underwent a five-hour physical examination at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. His physician, Captain Sean Barbabella, declared him in “excellent health,” stating he had “robust cardiac, pulmonary, neurological, and general physical function.”

The medical report also noted a 20-pound weight loss, a benign polyp caused by diverticulosis, and a scar from the July 2024 assassination attempt. However, there was no mention of urinary incontinence or catheter use.

Despite past health-related speculation—including 2022 rumors involving a possible catheter bag—Trump’s medical evaluations have consistently painted him as physically fit. His physician emphasized Trump’s active lifestyle, including frequent golf, as a sign of ongoing health.

Meanwhile, on Tuesday, Trump visited Fort Bragg in North Carolina for a scheduled event marking the U.S. Army’s 250th anniversary. The visit followed his recent deployment of 700 Marines and 4,000 National Guard troops to Los Angeles amid growing civil unrest.
