Prince Louis stole the spotlight once again at the ceremony to celebrate the 80th anniversary of VE Day on Monday. The 7-year-old prince, known for his mischievous nature, sat beside his father, Prince William, the future king, at the Queen Victoria Memorial outside Buckingham Palace.
Videos of his cheeky mannerisms for his relatives soon became popular and tugged at people’s hearts online. One showed Louis brushing his dad’s military jacket off with playfulness and tugging at it. The description of the video posted on X was, “Please don’t ever change Prince Louis.”
Louis also posed silly grins for the camera, sticking out his tongue, and displaying his missing teeth, echoing his 7th birthday photos published by the Prince and Princess of Wales, where he beamed broadly, boasting his two missing front teeth.

In a second cheeky moment, Louis mocked his big brother, Prince George, 11, by copying his brush-back of hair. “Prince Louis copying his brother Prince George is so funny,” was one comment on the video.
Seated beside his sister, Charlotte, 10, and mother Kate Middleton, the five-member family watched the parade at Buckingham Palace. They later sat at the Queen Victoria Memorial with King Charles and Queen Camilla.
The celebration was VE Day, which honors the victory of World War II in Europe when Prince William’s great-grandfather, King George VI, was the monarch.
